Information according to Art. 13 Italian Law No. 196/2003 The undersigned is informed that Italian Law No. 196/2003 states that persons and other subjects are offered protection with respect to their personal data. In terms of this law processing of such data shall follow principles of correctness, legality and transparency while protecting confidentiality and the rights of the undersigned. The following information is provided in terms of article 13 of Law No. 196/2003. The processing of information dealt with here: a) is intended to effect, manage and make payment on contracts of sale of products or supply of services requested; to organise, manage and effect the sale of products or the supply of services even by means of communication of data to third party suppliers; to grant release from legal obligations or other requirements of competent authorities; b) shall be carried out with the following method; computerisation; c) except for what is strictly requested in the correct execution under the supply agreement, data shall not be divulged to other parties without their relative express consent. It should also be noted that transmission of data is indispensable but not obligatory and a refusal shall not result in a default of timely fulfilment of Ali S.pA's - Carpigiani Group obligations to supply the service requested . The right to process such data pertains to Ali S.p.A - Carpigiani Group situated at 9, Via Camperio 20123 Milano Italy, to whom reference should be made with regards to enforcement of rights under article 7 of Law No. 196/2003 as detailed hereunder: Art. 7 Right of access to personal data and other rights 1. The interested party is entitled to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of his personal data even if such data is not filed and their transmission is in intelligible form. 2. The interested party has the right to obtain information regarding: a) the origin of the personal data b) the reasons and ways of processing such data; c) the logic applied in data processing by electronic means; d) the identification details of the owner, managers and appointed representatives in terms of article 5 sub-article 2; e) the subjects and the categories of subjects to whom such data may be transmitted or to whom it may become known in their capacity as appointed representative in the territory of the State of the managers or persons in charge. 3. The interested party shall be entitled to obtain: a) the updates, amendment or if interested, the integration of the data : b) the cancellation, anonymity or blockage of data processed in breach of law, including those which it is necessary to preserve in relation to the reasons for which the data was collected or subsequently processed; c) the statements that the processes referred to in letters a) and b) including their contents above have been brought to the attention of the persons to whom they have been communicated or transmitted, except for cases where such duty results impossible or would involve means which are not proportional to the rights protected. 4. The interested party has a right to object in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reason to the use of his personal data, even if such is pertinent to the collection of such data; b) to use of his personal data for dispatch of advertising material or direct sales or for market research or business communication.
